Having worked within the food industry since 2008 and recently completed training with Ecole Chocolat, Kellie has developed an understanding of what it is that customers look for when buying treats for themselves or others. Although expectations change slightly over time, Kellie feels that customers looking for a gift for someone or a treat for themselves, expect quality.
As Founder and Head Chocolatier of Chokoleti, quality is something that Kellie makes sure is in all the chocolates she creates. The chocolate that Kellie uses is from the finest Callebaut Chocolate made from beans sourced directly from farmer cooperatives in Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador through Cocoa Horizons and is 100% sustainable.
Kellie’s interest in helping the environment means making sure she uses compostable or recyclable and eco friendly packaging where possible.
Award Winning Chokoleti was founded in 2018 where Kellie began to create her chocolate from her kitchen in Bridgwater, Somerset. After 2 years, Kellie and her family moved to the small village of Stoke St Gregory where she continues her love of making chocolate from her dedicated Chocolate Workshop.
My hope is for all my customers to experience the wonderful flavours of our chocolate including our Kenyan influence through Chokoleti’s luxury chocolate.
