Terms & Conditions
It is our mission to create fresh handmade chocolates and we aim to deliver the best possible customer experience.
The impact of the Corona Virus is presenting challenging times and we are doing what we can locally to support our community, whilst following the Government guidelines on isolation and social distancing. We encourage everyone to help in preventing this threat from reaching our most vulnerable.
I will continue to dispatch orders as long as I am confident in my own health and ability to dispatch goods without concern of risk to mine or anybody else’s health.
Orders will be dispatched as soon as I can. In the event of me being unable to continue dispatching will also stop until further notice.
I am working as fast as I can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Due to the current environment surrounding Covid-19 I am a little bit behind schedule, and there may be a delay to get your order dispatched, but I am working to get your order to you as quickly as I can!
I would like to assure you that my business is safe and my Chocolate Kitchen is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Thanks for your understanding during this difficult time, we wish everyone safety and immunity.

Everything at Chokoleti is carefully handmade to order, therefore standard postage times are 10 working days to dispatch, however we always aim for this to be sooner where possible.
If your order is required for a specific date, please consider our delivery times, and if needed sooner please contact us to discuss the availability. When required dates are further in advance, your product will be sent 10 days prior to date requested.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail, or Parcel Force.
Should delivery to the address not be possible, a card should be left by Royal Mail to let you know how you can collect the parcel or how to arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
In our mixed selections we reserve the right to substitute chocolates with others of equal value and quality
No order is accepted by Chokoleti until the order has been checked & approved. If there is a problem we will e-mail you within three working days. If you have questions about your order, just give us a call or drop us a mail, we’re always glad to help!
