A highly unique milky couverture with 40.5% cocoa which brings to light a strongly well defined cocoa taste and a touch of acidity. Its hazelnut aromas and a note of caramel are offset by a touch of sweet fruitiness which will add to the flavours of Cointreau and orange blossom, porcini, saffron, coffee and walnuts.
